Add Company Information

Once you have successfully created your Invoice Meister account, the first step is to update your company information.
It’s an really important step since the information you enter here will appear in all business documents like invoices and quotes.  So, lets start! Open Company – My Company and the following screen will appear:

Enter your company information:

  • Company name
  • Licence – this field is filled automatically based on your company licence
  • Primary address
  • Secondary address
  • City
  • Country
  • Postal / Zip Code
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Vat Number
  • Company Registration Number

and the last step, click on the green button: update company info

You can change any of your company information later.

Mail Templates

In the upper right corner there is mail template button. The purpose of this button is to write the e-mails that will be automatically sent to your clients when you sent invoices, credit notes or quotes.

So, click on the button and write the e-mail templates for invoices, credit notes and quotes.
You can change the text in the e-mails later when you need it.
